Boom + Batten’s Executive Chef, Sam Harris is a culinary professional who believes that local sourcing creates the best dining experiences. His story here in Victoria’s lively culinary scene includes opening Victoria’s Courtney Room and Agrius restaurants.

Both were featured on Air Canada enRoute magazine’s coveted list of the Top Ten Best New Restaurants in Canada.

“Early in my career, I developed an appreciation for the people who grow food.
